Are all your pieces handmade?
Our collections include handmade styles and a separate Mashin collection with machine-embroidered designs. Check each product description for the type of work and its details.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the measurements on the product page with a garment that fits you well. If measurements are not listed, ask us to confirm the size and fit before ordering.
How much does delivery cost?
Review the delivery options and any shipping charges shown at checkout before placing your order. If an option is not available for your address, contact SK Brand before ordering.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept direct bank transfers to our **MCB Bank** and **Meezan Bank** accounts. You can transfer your payment to either account using the bank details provided at checkout.
Once you've completed the transfer, please send us a **screenshot of your payment confirmation on WhatsApp** so we can verify your payment and process your order.
Can I request an exchange?
Contact SK Brand with your order details and the reason for your request before sending an item back. Exchange requests need to be reviewed first.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting in a photograph. Review all the product images and ask us if you need help confirming a shade.
